Can You Run My Project While I Live Abroad?
Yes. Many of our clients live overseas. We run the whole project with video calls and photo updates throughout, and our sister company Yasmeen Residential can let, sell or manage the property when it is finished.
How Much Does A Refurbishment Cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the property and the finishes you choose. Our projects have ranged from £30,000 to £600,000, and every quotation comes with a full breakdown, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Do You Handle The Approvals?
Yes. Licence to Alter, building management, planning, listed building consent and building control are all managed for you as part of the project, when they are included in your quotation.
Are You Insured And Accredited?
Yes. Public liability up to £5 million, employers liability up to £10 million and professional indemnity up to £250,000. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, TrustMark and the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
